We currently ship across the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations across Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania.

International shipping availability may vary depending on the product type and destination country.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2-4 working days.

During busy periods (such as promotions or launches), dispatch may take slightly longer. This timeframe covers processing only and does not include delivery time.

All UK orders are fully tracked.

International Delivery (Tracked)

International orders are shipped using trusted couriers such as DHL and FedEx.

All international shipments include:

Customs & Import Duties

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.


Delivery Notes

  • We do not ship to PO boxes outside the UK
  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order
  • We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses at checkout

Returns Policy

Returning an Item

Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to approval at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be unopened
  • Item must be in original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened gel products
  • Used, opened, or unsealed items

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method

Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the refund.

If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact us.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If there is an issue with your order, including:

  • Faulty items
  • Damage during transit
  • Incorrect products received

Changes & Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to hygiene and product safety reasons.

Order changes (including address, size, or shade changes) are only possible before dispatch.

Once an order has been marked as shipped, no further changes can be made.


Important Information

Please note:

  • Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty
  • Accidental orders are non-refundable
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for refund once processed
  • Orders cannot be changed after dispatch
  • Minor cosmetic variations are not considered product faults
